Old Trafford Stadium Hotel - Salford (Greater Manchester)

Liked Netflix and coffee in the room. It was with a bathtub.

Booked a comfort quadruple room with central heating, an electronic key card and multi-channel television. We had a private bathroom. The personnel were efficient and approachable. It had central location close to Victoria Warehouse.

We got a room with a bath.

The location was perfect for the stadium tour, and the communication was spot-on. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were great, especially Netflix for the kids!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards fell short with noticeable cobwebs in corners and a grimy bathroom door. The noise levels, particularly during busy times, could disrupt a good night's sleep. Even with several amenities advertised, it seemed some kitchen items were lacking. The heating controls were perplexing, leading to fluctuating temperatures which took away from comfort, not to mention the dated furnishings that could use some freshening up. This place just feels like it's seen better days and needs serious attention.

I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the hot shower . The pool was a great place to relax, and I also loved the cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, the stairs were a bit narrow, so watch your step! 😊

The room was surprisingly spacious, and the shower pressure was top-notch for a refreshing start to the day. I loved kicking back by the cozy lounge and taking a dip in the small pool after a long day exploring. One little bummer was the lack of toiletries, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊

Spacious apartment, friendly staff, offered us lots of space with our own shower room and a kitchen for self-catering, and the free Wi-Fi was an added bonus for convenience.

great access to cricket ground and city strolls

The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic sir alex ferguson statue and the fantastic old trafford cricket ground. It was also a cozy spot for a solo traveler, with a comfy bed and clean linens, made for a good night's rest.

decent stay but some room for improvement

Staff communication was excellent. They reached out to us early on the day of our stay, offering early check-in and providing access codes.

The room decor, while themed, felt a bit overwhelming.

Perfect location if you're hitting up the cricket or footy! My room was just right for a night alone. Bed was super comfy, and the place felt safe with self check-in being easy. The only hiccup was the bathroom could use a little updating. Oh, and they had some tasty snacks in the dining area too!
